Nigel was formerly a Director of Jones Lang Wootton at which stage he was responsible for selling, leasing and managing properties.

With over 15 years experience in the property industry, Michael is regarded as a specialist in the preparation of Marketing Drawings and Existing Conditions survey plans. Michael also has over a decade of experience in delivery of multi-site national projects.
Business Development Manager (AU/NZ)
James has been involved with the establishment and management of our Auckland office. Prior to that he was a Company Director of Realserve (SA) for 6 years, and our SA/WA Regional Manager for and additional 3 years. James has experience in Structural, Civil, Architectural drafting & CAD project management.
National Project Manager
With over 15 years experience in the construction and design industry Tarek joined Realserve to co-ordinate our National projects and clients. Tarek has extensive experience in 2D, 3D AutoCAD and Revit across industrial, Commercial and Oil & Gas projects across Australia. Tarek’s interests lie with innovation in emerging technologies of Point Clouds and integration within BIM workflows.
Rhys heads our New Zealand team as Manager, based in the Auckland office. With strong skills in AutoCAD, project management and customer support, Rhys has held design drafting positions in both the aluminium and glass industries with a background in building and drafting for marine engineering.
